Erin is a Master’s level Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a degree from Antioch University Seattle. Since earning her degree, she has loved serving as a clinical therapist at a not-for-profit community mental health clinic; an emergency outreach clinician; and as the Behavioral Health Specialist for a Snohomish county school district.

Erin specializes in counseling teens and adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, suicide and self-harm, grief and loss, and who are struggling with periods of transition and adjustment in their lives. She also enjoys working with adults and couples who may need some support or guidance through a period of change or communication breakdown. Other special interests in counseling include working with individuals living with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and individuals who identify on the spectrum of LGBTQ+.

As a certified trainer in Youth Mental Health First Aid, Erin is equipped to provide your organization with evidence-based prevention, intervention, and postvention strategies for the mental health needs of the youth you serve.

Erin loves her work, but self-care is also an important part of her life. For her, that looks like spending quality time with family and friends, exploring the Pacific Northwest, relaxing in a sunny spot, or curled up on the couch with a good book or movie.
